I. TERMS OF PAYMENT
A. Payments
Promise to pay to Ladies of Leadership the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars
($125.00) per week, beginning June 3 rd , 2024 to July 26 th , 2024 and is due on the first day of
each week (Monday), for one (1) month until paid in full.

Application of Payments
All payments on this Note shall be paid on time for accounting purposes. This Note is to be
paid in full by July 26 th , 2024.
B. Late Fee
If any payment is not paid in full on the due date, the undersigned agrees and promise to pay a
late fee in the amount of ten dollars ($10.00) per day until paid. This late charge shall not
serve as a penalty but will serve to avoid further reoccurrence.
II. COLLECTION COSTS
Any cancellation is also liable for payment for the full two (2) months term or remaining
balance. If any payment obligation under this Note is not paid when due, you promise to pay
all costs, expenses and expenditures incurred including, without limitation, the complete legal
costs incurred by enforcing this Note as a result of any default.
